Your tasks
As a member of the legal team of the group’s holding company, you are involved in activities conducted in several countries, as such:
- You identify, prevent, and mitigate legal risks that may affect the Encevo Group companies
- You advise and assist the Encevo Group companies in the legal aspects of their activities, particularly in the areas of business law, energy law, and mergers & acquisitions
- You draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- You conduct legal risk analyses and provide legal opinions and recommendations
- You collaborate in the establishment of structures and follow up on the legal aspects of the operational integration of subsidiaries, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions
- You manage and monitor litigation
- You participate in legal monitoring, contribute to knowledge management within the department, and implement the resulting developments within the Group’s entities
- You participate in the drafting and implementation of internal procedures
Your profile
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Law (with a focus on commercial, corporate, or business law) obtained in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a company or law firm
- Good knowledge of new technology law, sales law, and/or competition law is an asset
- You have a high capacity for analysis and synthesis, and can manage priorities effectively
- You are proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented
- With a strong team spirit, you easily communicate your ideas
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
