For my client, I'm looking for 3 "Core Phone" to support the teams in place at a European institution.
The contract is an initial temporary contract that can be renewed as a permanent contract.

Responsabilities:
- Analyse and process end-user requests for IT equipment.
- Assist with the logistical process of order follow-up and receipt.
- Handle daily stock management, order planning, and stock coordination.
- Contact users (via phone and email) to schedule IT equipment deliveries.
- Create and plan field technician work orders.
- Develop basic reports on completed activities.
- Participate in drafting operational procedures.
- Supervise small-scale work projects.
- Deliver laptops to users and assist with initial setup.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT consumer market products.
- Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and French (minimum B2 level).
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize delivery schedules.
- Highly organized with experience in project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in the IT sector.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
